outdoor inline skates

Inline skates are roller skates with 2 to 5 wheels arranged in a single line. A skate has five major parts. These are the boot, frame, wheels, bearings, and brake. Although all skates need these parts to function, they still differ from one type of skating to another. Aggressive skating for example requires the smallest wheels while speed skating, the biggest.

Inline skating is using done at a skating rink. But you can also use outdoor inline skates which can be worn anywhere. Inline skates are also known as Rollerblades, after the company Rollerblade Inc. Founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Rollerblade extensively promoted inline skating. It was so successful that the name in the long run became synonymous with inline skates.
