The serious paintball player will need special equipment to play his game. He will need his gun and paintballs. A mask is necessary to keep his eyes safe. A hopper is where you put the paintballs, making it reading for shooting. This assures uninterrupted shooting. Be sure to have an air tank for a steady supply of compressed air.

Paintball grenades, just like real grenades are thrown at a target. It can be a non-explosive grenade that works like a water balloon. When thrown at the hard surface, it breaks and paint is spread over a hard surface. An explosive paint grenade incorporates a small amount of black powder that produces a “bang” at the same time that it sprays paint over the area. The use of these grenades is just to add to the fun, it is not acceptable in tournaments.
