It is the consensus that this is brought about by hard work in preparing the body. Strength of the core muscles provides a platform of stability and protection against injury. Exercises should be geared towards restoring muscular balance, gradually progressing to gain further strength slowly but consistently.
Womens golf clubs are slightly different from men’s. Typically, it will be made one inch shorter and may be designed with more lofts on the face than men’s clubs. In addition, the shaft in women’s clubs is more flexible than those in men’s clubs. As always, the best thing to do is to try out the clubs to find out which is most comfortable for you.
